Refund policy

Customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
